Replace Dress Zip
Do you have a dress that you love but can't wear because of a broken zip? Don't throw it out or let it sit in your wardrobe, I will replace the zip and have it looking good as new and ready to wear.
Please allow extra time for this service as I will be sourcing a brand new zip for your dress. I run my business as sustainably as possible so I will only source and buy the zip upon recieving your item so i can ensure I purchase the perfect colour and size.

As part of this service I will source and purchase a new zip for your dress. Please note that this is included in the overall price for the service so there will be no extra charges. Only the shipping price will be added on when purchasing any service from me.
SHIPPING INFO
After purchasing any of my alteration services, I will contact you for more information regarding the weight of your item. After purchasing a shipping label on your behalf I will attatch this in an email for you to print and attach to your parcel to drop off at any Royal Mail parcel drop locations.
When returning your clothing after it has been altered I will again purchase a shipping label and send it straight to your home address. All shipping labels will be Royal Mail Tracked 48 for safe and quick delivery. Please note that the price calculated for shipping is the price for both shipping labels so there will be no extra shipping charges when I send your item back.
If you would like more than one item altered, please add them all to your basket before paying so that you are only charged for one shipping label and all your items can easily be put in one parcel.
